Energy Scan
$85.00
Energy Scans are designed for those who feel "off" but can't quite identify why. This session offers an opportunity to explore your energetic well-being from a holistic perspective. During your session, I intuitively assess your energetic field, including your aura and chakra system to identify areas that may feel depleted, blocked, heavy or out of balance. The scan may reveal patterns related to stress, emotional holding, energetic imbalances or other areas that could be contributing to how you're feeling, why you can’t get out of a pain cycle or break old habits that are not serving you.
If you're new to energy work an intuitive Energy Scan is an excellent place to begin. It provides valuable insight into your current energetic state and creates a foundation for developing a personalized wellness plan, whether through Reiki, Heart Coherence, Holistic Life Coaching, or other self-care practices.
Sessions are approximately 60 minutes, with time built in at the beginning and end for questions, discussion and guidance. You’ll also receive personalized resources and recommendations to continue your wellness journey.
